A calming, slow paced class to help you release tension and reconnect. We move through gentle Yin poses, holding each shape to deeply relax the body and quiet the mind.Then, you’ll be guided into stillness through sound therapy soothing vibrations that support deep rest, balance, and emotional release.
This class is held at mini O on the Lower Ground Floor of U Venues Mall in New Cairo (we're inside of Beauts, close to Beanos)
Osana offers yoga, pilates, qi gong, meditation & more
Drop ins are 550le or you can purchase a 5, 10 or 20 class pass.
