Description
The Cairo International Film Festival celebrates its 47th edition, fifty years after it was founded in 1976. The festival opens with I Play Rocky, the story of the battle behind the birth of the Rocky legend and Sylvester Stallone's rise from unknown actor to screenwriter and star.
Ten days of screenings, competitions and Cairo Industry Days, with the Cairo Opera House as the main venue. The full programme and screening times are to be announced. CINEPASS accreditation is open (early registration until 1 November).
