Inspired by the ever-changing flow of the Nile, this 5-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and embrace times of change through movement, nature, culture, history and meaningful connection.

We’ll be moving through yoga, breathwork, a Wildflow fusion of yoga capoeira & animal flow, meditation, sailing the Nile, exploring the Nubian history & culture, and a community giving-back experience with the children of Heissa Island through The Project of Happiness 🎨
