So we stick to mass-produced frames off a shelf because touching a power tool feels intimidating, complicated, or way out of our depth.

This three-hour hands-on picture frame-making experience is designed to completely shatter that myth.

We strip away the intimidation, hand you raw wood, and show you that you are entirely capable of creating something solid with your own two hands. You do not need experience, special skills, or a garage full of gear. You just need to show up ready to get a little sawdust on your shirt. You will step up to the saw, make the cuts, figure out how the pieces fit together, and watch a raw block turn into a finished frame right in front of you.

By the time you leave, the belief that you are not the type of person who builds things will be completely gone.

What you’ll learn:

•⁠ ⁠Power Tool Safety: Safely handle and operate the miter saw, pneumatic stapler, and power sander with zero intimidation.
•⁠ ⁠Precision Cutting & Geometry: Measure accurately, cut crisp 45-degree angles, and align corners for a perfect square frame.

•⁠ ⁠Joinery & Assembly: Glue, clamp, and staple raw wood to build rock-solid, durable corner joints.

•⁠ ⁠Sanding & Staining: Prep rough timber, bring out the natural wood grain with stain, and apply a smooth varnish finish.

•⁠ ⁠Live Troubleshooting: Spot gaps early, understand why the wood shifted, and fix mistakes on the spot.

•⁠ ⁠Final Framing: Mount acrylic glass, backing boards, and hanging hardware to make your frame display-ready.

You will walk away with one A4 and one A3 frame ready to be hung..
