This class is happening in mini O in Uvenues Mall in New Cairo!By combining acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts, Acroyoga elevates the connection between you and others through movement, connection and play. The experience of taking flight instantly dissolves fears and invites practitioners to tap into new and infinite possibilities of communication, trust, and fitness.
In this 90 min class, you can expect team work, laughs and a suitable level of challenge... and it’s bodyweight so you might break a little sweat too.

In a fun and safe environment, you warm up with solo movements then partner up with old/new friends. Each class is different and you will learn some wildly entertaining balances and partner poses. Switching gears we will eventually create some acro motion!
Suitable to all levels from beginner to athlete.

This class is held at mini O on the Lower Ground Floor of U Venues Mall in New Cairo (we're inside of Beauts, close to Beanos)
